Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a wear-resistant PPR pipe and a production method thereof. The wear-resistant PPR pipe contains a wear-resistant layer, an aluminum metal layer, a buffering layer and an innerlayer, wherein the buffering layer is arranged between the wear-resistant layer and the inner layer; and the structure of the aluminium metal layer is helical, and the buffering layer is made from aramid short fibers, polyphenylene sulfide short fibers, polyolefin resin and a nylon material. According to the wear-resistant PPR pipe and the production method thereof, polyolefin elastic resin is used for playing a role in buffering when the wear-resistant PPR pipe is under stress. The wear-resistant layer has a barrier function, a buffering function and a wear-resistant function.
