Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a molecularly imprinted polymer coated carbon dot fluorescence probe, and a preparation method and an application thereof. A hydrothermal process is adopted to prepare c-dots,the surface of the c-dots is grafted with silica, and a molecularly imprinted polymer is in situ sealed in the pores of the silica (mip@c-dots). The fluorescence probe of the invention is successfullyapplied to AChE activity detection, has the characteristics of high sensitivity, rapidness in response, and simplicity in operation, and is of great significance in the fields of pathogenesis research, disease diagnosis and new drug development of the Alzheimer's disease.
