Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a vertical shaft hoisting system rigid cage guide real-time monitoring method and system. A sound sensor and a vibration sensor are arranged on the outer wall of a rigid cage guide; the method is executed by a monitoring main machine arranged in a cage guide scene; and the method comprises the following steps: sound signals acquired by the sound sensor and vibration signalsacquired by the vibration sensor are received; the spectral analysis is performed on the sound signals and the vibration signals; and the state of the rigid cage guide is determined according to spectral analysis results. The state of the rigid cage guide is determined from the sound and vibration angles through research of the rigid cage guide by a signal comparing method, so that a new thoughtis determined for fault detection of the rigid cage guide; and compared with traditional manual detecting methods, the vertical shaft hoisting system rigid cage guide real-time monitoring method can realize real-time monitorin
