A steering column is installed on a fixing support; a vehicle body installation part is included and provided with a deformation part; connecting blocks which are used for being fixed on a vehicle body and can longitudinally move relative to the fixing support are installed on the fixing support; energy-absorbing bands include traction parts and energy-absorbing parts; the traction parts are in fixation relative to the connecting blocks; and through the deformation part, and when the connecting blocks move to a direction away from the deformation part, the energy-absorbing parts can be moved by the traction parts to deform when passing through the deformation part.
