The invention discloses a multi-functional wheelchair which includes a seat, two armrests, a seat back, two upper wing portions correspondingly disposed on the left side and the right side of the seatback, two leg rest portions and two lower wing portions correspondingly disposed on the left side and the right side of the leg rest portions.
