The method is characterized in that a multi-outlet independent adjustable valve is adopted, and the valve comprises a valve base, a flow limiting device, a variable-proportion adjusting box used for adjusting a valve element assembly and a central controller used for driving the variable-proportion adjusting box to rotate. The adjusting method comprises the following steps of S1, connecting a pipeline; S2, adjusting the moving efficiency of a sliding valve element; and S3, adjusting the flow of an output pipeline according to the proportion.
