According to the device, the rear end of a loading cavity is further connected with a contact pressure rod through a row of springs, the loading cavity is matched with the two bases through the rotating shaft, so that the loading cavity is rotatable, and a pedal device is matched with the loading cavity, so that the operation is facilitated; a decompressing rod is arranged on the loading cavity, so that when garbage in the loading cavity is poured into a buried garbage bin, frequency vibrati
