Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of genetic engineering, in particular to L-panolactone dehydrogenase and application thereof. The L-panolactone dehydrogenase derived from Nocardia asteroides is disclosed for the first time, and the L-panolactone dehydrogenase has good enzymatic activity to L-panolactone, and can be applied to catalytic synthesis of D-panolactone.
