Curing agent for high-solid-content waterborne coating

A curing agent for high-solid-content waterborne coating is provided. The curing agent includes, by weight, 1 part of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 2-3 parts of polyoxyethylene monomethyl ether, 1 part of 1-cyanoethyl-2-methyl imidazole, 2-3 parts of dimethylethanolamine and 2-10 parts of chitosan. Through research of different types of curing agents, ultra-low-VOC high-solid-content waterborne epoxy coating can be prepared, a technique enabling a high solid content and low viscosity of the waterborne coating is achieved, a technical problem that high-solid-content solvent based coating cannotbe made aqueous is solved, and VOC emission is further reduced, meeting national environmental protection policies. 本发明提供的一种高固含水性涂料用固化剂，包括以下重量份的组份：二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯1重量份、聚乙二醇单甲醚2-3重量份、1-氰乙基-2-甲基咪唑1重量份、二甲基乙醇胺2-3重量份、壳聚糖2-10重量份。本发明通过研究不同固化剂，制备得到超低VOC、高固含水性环氧涂料，实现水性涂料高固低黏的技术，突破高固体分溶剂型涂料无法水性化的技术难题，进一步减少VOC排放，符合国家环保。
