Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a VHH chain of a nanobody of CD20, discloses FR amino acid sequences selected from a following group in a framework region (FR) and amino acid sequences of a complementary determining region (CDR), further discloses a CD20 nanobody, further discloses a DNA molecule, further discloses a host cell, and further discloses application of the CD20 nanobody to detection of the CD20. The VHH chain comprises the framework region (FR) and the complementary determining region (CDR), the DNA molecule encodes the VHH chain of the nanobody of the CD20 or the CD20 nanobody, and the host cell can express the nanobody of the CD20. Through the gene sequences of the nanobody and the host cell, the nanobody can be efficiently expressed in Escherichia coli, and is applied to the research and development of CD20 detection reagents and biopharmaceuticals.
