The double-redundancy line control dynamic method comprises the following steps that 1, a whole vehicle controller sends brake instructions to an electro-hydraulic brake controller, a first electric brake controller and a second electric brake controller respectively; 2, the electro-hydraulic controller controls an electro-hydraulic brake mechanism to start, the electro-hydraulic brake mechanism brakes a wheel set; and 301, the first electric brake controller and the second electric brake controller judge whether the electro-hydraulic brake controller fails. According to the double-redundancy line control dynamic method, the electro-hydraulic braking system is used as a main braking system, the electric braking system is used for performing intervention braking when the electro-hydraulic braking system EHB breaks down, the first electric brakingcontroller and the secon
