The cold dish comprises 50-80 g of tender leaves of Chinese toon, 60-100 g of tofu, 1-2 g of table salt, 5-10 g of garlic and 5-10 g of vinegar. The method comprises specific steps as follows: (1) thoroughly cleaning the tender leaves of Chinese toon and scalding the tender leaves of Chinese toonby boiling water; (2) cutting the scalded tender leaves of Chinese toon into pieces; (3) thoroughly cleaning tofu and cutting the tofu into small pieces; (4) cutting peeled garlic into granules and mixing the granules in the tofu and the tender leaves of Chinese toon; and (5) pouring the table salt and the vinegar, and stirring the mixture uniformly.
