The invention discloses a retrieval positioning mechanism, comprising a body, wherein a controller and a retrieval device are arranged in the body; a goods shelf having one or more layers is arrangedin the body and is provided with nonmetallic solid positioning labels; the retrieval device is provided with a nonmetallic solid sensing device communicating with the controller; the nonmetallic solidsensing device is used for identifying the nonmetallic solid positioning labels and outputting a switching signal; the switching signal triggers the controller to set the position information of thenonmetallic solid positioning labels; and the controller controls and locates the retrieval device based on the position information.
