Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a combined cushion block reducing water beam black imprints of a heating furnace and an installation method of the combined cushion block. The combined cushion block comprisesa base, a heat insulation gasket, a cushion block body and a C-shaped stop block. During installation, a base is welded to a longitudinal beam water pipe of the heating furnace, and the base is madeof a cobalt-base alloy material. A sodium silicate inorganic binder is brushed to the top face of the base, and then the heat insulation gasket is stuck to the top face of the base. The cushion blockbody is made of a metallic glass material, and the cushion block body is inserted from one end of a positioning groove till the tail end of the cushion block body is flush with the corresponding end of the base. The C-shaped stop block is welded to the top of the base and has a positioning and fixing effect on the insertion end of the cushion block body.
