Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a shepherd's purse pickling method. According to the pickling method, the following raw materials are selected and used: 1500-1800 grams of shepherd's purse; 100-150 grams of ginger; 200-350 grams of table salt; 200-300 grams of green peppers; 1000-1200 milliliters of vinegar; 10-15 grams of pricklyash peels; and 10-20 grams of Chinese star anise. The pickling method comprising the following specific steps: (1) selecting fresh and tender shepherd's purse, and washing the shepherd's purse to be clean; (2) shredding the green peppers, and washing the shredded green peppersto be clean; (3) putting the shredded green peppers and the shepherd's purse into a pickling tank; (4) pouring the vinegar into the pickling tank; and (5) pouring the table salt, the pricklyash peelsand the Chinese star anise into the pickling tank.
