The system comprises an image acquisition module which communicates with a data management control center through a wireless transmission communication network and is used for acquiring behavior pictures of the elderlypeople, capturing facial expressions of the elderly people and transmitting the acquired information to the data management control center; and a biological signal acquisition module, mounted on the body of the elder, communicates with the data management control center through a wireless transmission communication network and is used for acquiring a biological signal of the elder.
