Winding method for series flat coil

The invention discloses a winding method for a series flat coil. The method comprises steps that the number of individual flat coils, the shape of the individual flat coils and the shape of flat copper wires among the individual flat coils are determined according to specifications of the series flat coil; the flat copper wires are conveyed by a wire feeding device to a bending tool, firstly, theflat copper wires are bent by the bending tool into the individual flat coils according to requirements of the flat copper wires; after the first individual flat coil is bent, bending is performed according to the design shape of the flat copper wire between the two flat coils, then bending operation of the second flat coil is performed; when all the flat coils are bent, the wound series flat coils are pushed by the wire feeding device forwards, a tail end of the last flat coil is sheared utilizing a shearing device, and winding of the entire coil is completed.
