The upstream flanged straight tube and the downstream flanged straight tube have a wafer flange, a groove corresponding to a throttle member and jack screw holes are provided on the wafer flange, the upstream flanged straight tube and the downstream flanged straight tube clamp the throttle member and fix the throttle member through double end bolts, and jack screws are installed in jack screw holes. The throttling device has an annular shape, the upstream inlet of the throttling device contracts, the downstream outlet expands, and the cross section of the inner portion of the tube is an isosceles triangle.
