An original database is built according to data measured during blow-in of a blast furnace; an unloading ratio and a quadratic fit polynomial of the material flow proportional valve openness correspondence are obtained according to the database; during each distributing, the total weight of corresponding material types in charging buckets is calculated, and the unloading ratio is calculated through set distribution time; the unloading ratio is substituted into thequadratic fit polynomial of the material flow proportional valve openness correspondence for anticipation to obtain material flow proportional valve openness value in this distribution; the measuredactual distribution time and the set distribution time are compared for arbitration; and the data of the database is automatically updated to fit out a new unloading ratio and a new quadratic fit polynomial of the material flo |
