Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses preparation of a CDs/SiO2-SFTSV monoclonal antibody conjugate and application thereof in immunochromatographic test strips. The CDs/SiO2-SFTSV monoclonal antibody conjugate isprepared by connecting CDs/SiO2 fluorescent nanospheres to an SFTSV monoclonal antibody. The invention also discloses a preparation method of an immunochromatographic test strip based on the CDs/SiO2fluorescent nanospheres. The prepared immunochromatographic test strip based on the CDs/SiO2 fluorescent nanospheres has the advantages of good simplicity, high speed, high sensitivity, high specificity, low price, low sample demand and the like; the sensitivity is as high as that of conventional instruments for analysis; the immunochromatographic test strip is suitable for field screening; the CDs/SiO2 therein have high fluorescent intensity and high stability; compared with traditional colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strips, the immunochromatographic test strip herein gains a greatly improvable test limit.
