Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a cold bending forming process of a high-strength thinned bridge guardrail, which comprises the following steps: step S1, cutting raw materials: firstly scribing linesby a marking device, and then cutting raw material steel plates into steel belts with specified sizes; step S2, roughening treatment: namely polishing side edges of the cut steel belts through a grinding machine; step S3, groove cutting: conducting cutting to form grooves with an angle of 45 plus or minus 2 degrees; step S4, cold bending forming: namely conducting cold bending forming on the steelbelts by a cold bending forming unit; step S5, pipe seam welding: namely welding the steel belts along the grooves; and step S6, treatment after the welding: cleaning welding slag and conducting overall polishing on surfaces.
