The self-healing microcapsule comprises an epoxy resin capsule-core and a melamine-urea-formaldehyde copolymer wall layer, a curing agent layer and a melamine-urea-formaldehyde copolymer layer successively coated on the surface of the epoxy resin capsule-core. The self-healing microcapsule can be firmly loaded on the surface of basalt fiber, when the basalt fiber is damaged, the self-healing microcapsule with a double-layer structure can crack due to crack propagation, a repairing agent (epoxy resin) and a curing agent flowing from the self-healing microcapsule can polymerize to generate network macromolecules to repair cracks, and performance of the basalt fiber can be repaired.
