Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and biomedical materials, and discloses a preparation method of a conductive polymer matrix graphene compound porous support. The preparation method includes the steps: 1) performing silk degumming to obtain regenerated silk fibroin (RSF) water solution, and concentrating the water solution to reach a certain concentration; 2) taking graphene oxide (GO)/ethanol water as a receiving pole to perform electrostatic spinning on the RSF water solution to prepare a RSF/GO composite fiber scaffold; 3) treating the RSF/GO scaffold by a hydrothermal method to prepare RSF/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composite fiber scaffold. Compared with the prior art, the GO is introduced into the RSF fiber scaffold in the forming process of a fiber, a composite fiber with a shell (GO)-core (RSF) structure is prepared, and the GO is reduced in situ by a hydrothermal method, so that the scaffold has electrical conductivity.
