Zusammenfassung: | Aspects of the present invention propose a method of receiving a synchronous transmission downlink channel having different spatial quasi-co-location (sQCL) assumptions. The method includes receiving,at a user equipment (UE), a configuration that specifies a monitoring opportunity of a control resource set (CORESET) of a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH); receiving scheduling or activating a second PDCCH transmitted by a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) at the user equipment (UE); determining whether the PDSCH overlaps with the first PDCCH in a time domain; determining whether a first sQCL hypothesis for receiving the first PDCCH is different from a second sQCL for receiving the PDSCH; and when the PDSCH overlaps with the first PDCCH in the time domain and the firstand second sQCLs are different, preferentially receiving the first PDCCH.
