Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a construction safety monitoring and early warning method and system. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring the real-time state data of a main force-receiving rod member, wherein the real-time state data includes at least one of stress data, strain data, tilt data and sedimentation data; comparing the real-time state data with the preset attribute data of the main force-receiving rod member; when the real-time data state deviates from the attribute data, transmitting a safety early warning prompt message to a terminal. The comparison of the real-time data with the preset attribute data of the main force-receiving rod member includes: presetting a deviation value of the attribute data; calculating the real-time deviation value of the real-time state data deviating from the attribute data of the main force-receiving rod member; when at least one real-time deviation value deviating from the attribute data exists, transmitting the safety early warning promptmessage to the terminal.
