The method for processing collected data of a transient electromagnetic device and determining the rotary jet grouting pile diameter as the following steps is adopted for detection data of the rotary jet construction process based on the transient electromagnetic device. The method comprises the following steps of extracting data; identifying and extracting effective induced electromotive force of the boundary of a rotary jet grouting pile body; identifying and extracting effective apparent resistivity of the rotary jet grouting pile body; determining the diameter characteristic of a rotary jet grouting pile; calibrating the diameter result of the rotary jet grouting pile; and obtaining a pile diameter result.
