A graphene oxide solution is heated to 60-90 DEG C; hydrazine hydrate is slowly added, and the mixture is refluxed in a water bath at 75-85 DEG C for reaction for 12 hours; and water is added after the reaction for centrifugal separation, andthe product is cleaned to neutral and dried to obtain the reduced graphene powder. The process for preparing the graphene powder by the oxidation-reduction method uses the graphene oxide solution asa raw material and the hydrazine hydrate as a reducing agent and strictly controls the amount of the hydrazine hydrate, reaction time and reaction temperature to prepare the reduced graphene powder with high purity.
