The shell is fixedly erected by a bracket, the spindle motor is arranged above the shell and drives a driving spindle to rotate, the driving spindle drives a rotary cage to rotate, the bottom of the rotary cage is closed, the top of the rotary cage is opened, the upper portion of the rotary cage is connected with a guide pipe, the guide pipe communicates with the fine hopper, theair outlet pipe is arranged at the top of the fine hopper, a scattering disc and the rotary cage are arranged separately, the scattering disc is driven by the scattering motor to rotate, and a pipeline is arranged below the rotary cage to be connected with the fine hopper.
