The device specifically comprises a rack, a scaling device body, a fish clamping conveying device, an abdomen cutting device, a viscera removal device and a viscera collection device. The scaling device body comprises a pair of gears with the same type, and the gears are meshed to make two scaling rollers carry on scaling at the same speed in the reverse direction; through clamping force control devices composed of compression springs, retractable rods and small bearing parts, the device adapts to clamping conveying of fishes with a certain body width; a tooth-shaped strip of a scraping sheet is partially meshed with a small gear of an adjustment rod to achieve the up-down retractable adjustment function of the scraping sheet; the height of a press plate of the viscera removal device can be adjusted through screw-in and screw-out of a threaded rod, and the retractable amount of the scraping sheet can be adjusted throughrotation of the adjustme
