The bipolar microstrip antenna comprisesa first radiation unit and a second radiation unit and is characterized in that the first radiation unit is arranged at a top layer of a dielectric substrate, the second radiation unit is arranged ata bottom layer of the dielectric substrate, the first radiation unit is a monopole antenna, the second radiation unit is an annular antenna, the monopole antenna and the annular antenna both are provided with symmetric structures, and symmetric axis of the monopole antenna and the annular antenna are parallel to each other and are arranged on a plane perpendicular to the dielectric substrate.
