Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of belt conveyors, and particularly relates to a variable frequency automatic tensioning system based on fuzzy control. The variable frequency automatic tensioning system comprises a PLC controller, a frequency converter and a sensor; the PLC controller is used for running a fuzzy control program; the frequency converter drives a tension electromotor torotate under a given signal of the PLC controller, and the tensioning electromotor drives a tensioning winch to operate; the sensor comprises a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, a first shaft encoder, a second shaft encoder and a tension sensor.
