Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a mechanical water interception device. The mechanical water interception device comprise a valve ball, a valve rod one end of which is fixedly connected with the valve ball, aspring and a gear releasing mechanism; the valve ball is connected to the interiors of water pipes, the valve rod is used for driving the valve ball to rotate to switch on the water pipes on the condition that a user twists the valve rod, and the spring is arranged between the valve ball and the valve rod and used for driving the valve rod and the valve ball to rotate in opposite directions afterthe user releases the valve rod to switch off the water pipes; and the inner end of the spring is fixedly connected with the middle of the valve rod. The mechanical water interception device can be transformed on the basis of a valve ball and a valve rod of an existing faucet, the gear releasing mechanism can slowly release accumulated elastic potential energy of the spring in the forward rotation process of the valve rod
