The invention provides a fully-automatic breaking separation system for large plate glass. The system comprises a conveying roller track, a traverse moving mechanism, a breaking mechanism, a traversemoving roller track, a stacking rack and a transfer mechanism, wherein the conveying roller track comprises a first roller track rack and a plurality of conveying rollers, the conveying rollers are rotatably connected to the top of the first roller track rack, and the conveying rollers are evenly arranged in parallel; the first roller track rack is further provided with a first motor and a first transmission shaft, conveying rollers are driven to rotate synchronously through a plurality of bevel gear sets and cooperation of the first motor and the first transmission shaft, and the traverse moving mechanism comprises an upper bracket, a lower bracket and a plurality of conveyor belts which are disposed in gaps among the conveying rollers; and the conveyor belts are parallel to the conveyingrollers, the upper bracke
