The invention relates to a maglev bogie and a train. The maglev bogie comprises an upper framework, two lower frameworks, levitation devices and track sensing devices, wherein the upper framework is positioned at the upper part; the two lower frameworks are positioned at the lower part; the upper framework is in hinged connection with the lower frameworks through connecting devices; the levitationdevices are correspondingly mounted at the bottoms of the two sides of the lower frameworks; the track sensing devices are mounted on the bottom surfaces of the middle parts of the lower frameworks;and limiting mechanisms used for limiting the movements of the levitation devices are arranged on the lower frameworks.
