Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of fiber reinforced composite materials, and particularly relates to an energy absorption composite material. The energy absorption composite material is of a layered structure; the upper surface layer is aramid fiber cloth, the lower surface layer is aramid fiber cloth, the interlayer is glass fiber cloth, and the matrix is aromatic resin; the aramid fiber clothand the glass fiber cloth are both plain bidirectional fiber fabrics; and the volume ratio of the upper surface layer to the interlayer to the lower surface layer is 1:2:1.
