Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of fructus gardeniae and fermented soybean zymophyte, and relates to a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine bi-directional solid fermentation product. The preparation method of the fructus gardeniae and fermented soybean zymophyte is different from a traditional technology, and the problems are solved that in the decoction process of a traditional technology, a lot of beta-D-Glucosidase is broken, and the enzyme activity is greatly reduced. The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, fructus gardeniae, sweet wormwood herband mulberry leaves are decocted by adding water, soybeans are soaked with decoction liquid, and after the soybeans absorb the decoction liquid to swell, the soybeans are subjected to high-temperature sterilization to obtain a fermentation medium; secondly, microorganisms containing the beta-D-Glucosidase and protease are inoculated to the fermentation medium prepared in the first step, uniform mixing and fermentation ar
