Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of shepherd's purse soup. The shepherd's purse soup is prepared by selecting and using 150-200 grams of shepherd's purse; 50-70 grams of lean meat; 60-100 grams of lactone bean curds; 2-3 grams of chicken essence; and a proper amount of table salt. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) washing the shepherd's purse, and then processingthe shepherd's purse with hot water for a while; (2) cutting the lean meat into shreds, and adding starch for thickening; (3) stir-frying lean meat shreds in a pan with oil until the lean meat shredsbecome white; and (4) adding water into food materials, and boiling the mixture with strong fire.
