The claimed interchanger comprises: a bundle (B) of exhaust gas circulation tubes; a longitudinal baffle (6) arranged inside the casing (2); and a casing (2) housing the tube bundle (B) that extends longitudinally therein, eccentrically to the longitudinal geometrical centre line of the casing (2), a first portion of the outer contour of the tube bundle (B) being adjacent and geometrically fittedto the inner contour of the casing (2) in order to prevent the formation of channels for the passage of refrigerant fluid between the tubes (t) in the tube bundle (B) and the casing (2). 该交换器包括：-用于废气的流通的管束(B)；-位于壳体(2)内的纵向偏转器(6)；和-壳体(2)，其中容纳管束(B)，所述管束(B)在其内纵向延伸并且相对于壳体(2)的纵向中心几何轴线偏心地定位，所述管束(B)外周边的第一部分位于壳体(2)的内周边附近并与其几何匹配，以防止在管束(B)的管(t)和壳体(2)之间形成用于冷却流体通过的通道。
