A scene camera unit obtains a first scene image of a scene, a control unit acquires a second scene image in a storage unit and the brightness parameter and the color temperature parameter corresponding to the second scene image through comparison, the control unit adjusts the brightness of the light unit through a power management unit, or/and the control unit adjusts the on-off time of a warm white LED light array and a cold white LED light array, and the aim of different color temperatures is achieved through different on-off time combinations of the warm white LED light array and the cold white LED light array.
