The method comprises the following specific steps: 1) cleaning FTO conductive glass; 2)preparing a Pb0.8Ca0.2TiO3 electron transport layer on the surface of the FTO conductive glass; 3) preparing a Cs0.05FA0.8MA0.15PbI2.55Br0.45 light absorption layer on the surface of the Pb0.8Ca0.2TiO3 electron transport layer; 4) preparing a Spiro-OMeTAD hole transport layer on the surface of the Cs0.05FA0.8MA0.15PbI2.55Br0.45 light absorption layer; and 5) evaporating a gold electrode on the surface of the Spiro-OMeTAD hole transport layer.
