Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a coal mining cooling system with high pressure secondary cooling water heat exchanging. The coal mining cooling system with high pressure secondary cooling water heat exchanging comprises a refrigeration circulation, primary cooling water circulation, high pressure secondary cooling water circulation and chilled water circulation of a refrigerating unit. By using a high pressure heat exchanger, secondary cooling water in a high pressure state is isolated from primary cooling water in a low pressure state. The primary cooling water and chilled water directly entering the refrigerating unit to exchange heat both belong to the low pressure state so that safety operation of the refrigerating unit is guaranteed. Heat released by a refrigerating unit condenser is finallytransmitted to a cooling tower on the ground through the secondary cooling water in the high pressure state to be discharged.
