Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method capable of improving strength property of waste paper pulp. In the method, a deep-eutectic solvent and waste paper pulp are provided; the deep-eutectic solvent comprises choline chloride and oxalic acid; the molar ratio of the choline chloride to the oxalic acid is 1:2; the mass ratio of the deep-eutectic solvent to the waste paper pulp is 0.5 to 1 percent; and the pulp concentration of the waste paper pulp is equal to 5 percent. The method sequentially comprises the following steps: performing mixing treatment on the deep-eutectic solvent, performing washingand dehydrating treatment as well as performing papermaking treatment. The method has the following advantages: the deep-eutectic solvent is added in the waste paper pulp, and the deep-eutectic solvent has the advantages of biocompatibility, biodegradability and environmental friendliness and can generate swelling effect on fiber, so that the binding force among the fibers during papermaking of paper pulp is enhanced and
