In the method, a deep-eutectic solvent and waste paper pulp are provided; the deep-eutectic solvent comprises choline chloride and oxalic acid; the molar ratio of the choline chloride to the oxalic acid is 1:2; the mass ratio of the deep-eutectic solvent to the waste paper pulp is 0.5 to 1 percent; and the pulp concentration of the waste paper pulp is equal to 5 percent. The method sequentially comprises the following steps: performing mixing treatment on the deep-eutectic solvent, performing washingand dehydrating treatment as well as performing papermaking treatment.
