Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production process of phenolic cyanate resin. Raw material phenolic cyanate adopts a phenol structure in which both ends of a straight chain are replaced by monomethoxy groups; conventional solvent dichloromethane is replaced by water-soluble solvents acetone, tetrahydrofuran and dioxane all of which do not contain halogen. The phenolic cyanate and catalyst triethylamineare dissolved in the solvent in advance to obtain a mixed solution; cyanogen chloride is dissolved in the solvent to obtain the mixed solution; and the flow ratio of the two mixed solutions is strictly controlled. The synthesis process avoids the introduction of the halogen and the generation of by-product diethylcyanamide, and solves the problem that the residual halogen content in the product ishigh and the requirements of halogen-free products with higher requirements are difficult to meet.
