Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for measuring internal grinding temperature. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a workpiece is punched by adopting a micro electric spark machining technology; (2) three thermocouples and a mica sheet are bonded flush through epoxy resin adhesive to form thermocouple junctions, and the thermocouple junctions are placed in through holes; (3) the thermocouple junctions are connected to a temperature acquisition module through a shielding signal wire, and the temperature acquisition module is fixed on a reverse claw of a short-cone three-claw self-centering chuck; and (4) the acquired temperature signal is transmitted to a terminal through a wireless thermocouple receiver, and the acquired data are analyzed.
