Zusammenfassung:	A metal gasket comprises a metal plate (1) having an opening (2), and has a seal bead (4) having a bent cross-sectional shape formed along the opening (2), in order to suppress variation in height ofthe seal bead (4) caused by tensile stress generated on the outer periphery of the seal bead (4) during formation thereof. The metal gasket is provided with a lightening hole (5) that extends along the outer periphery of the seal bead (4), wherein the distance between the lightening hole (5) and the seal bead (4) is constant. 一种金属密封垫，为了抑制密封凸缘(4)成型时其外周产生的拉伸应力导致的密封凸缘(4)的高度的偏差，由具有开口部(2)的金属板(1)构成，且沿着开口部(2)形成有截面形状弯曲的密封凸缘(4)，该金属密封垫具备沿着密封凸缘(4)的外周延伸的减重孔(5)，将减重孔(5)和密封凸缘(4)之间的距离设为恒定。
