The method comprises the following steps: selecting a response target group of aregional power grid demand side; formulating a dynamic invitation mechanism according to the real-time peak clipping demand of the power grid, and sending the invitation mechanism to the response target group; and exciting the response target group according to the peak clipping feedback of the response target group. According to the method, a real-time invitation transaction mode is adopted to guide resident users to shift peaks, so that the load peak-valley difference is reduced, the peak regulation pressure of a power grid is relieved, and the network loss is reduced. 本发明公开了一种基于互联网平台的居民电力用户实时错峰交易方法,该方法包含如下步骤:选取区域电网需求侧的响应目标群体;根据对电网的实时削峰需求制定动态的邀约机制,并将所述邀约机制发送给所述响应目标群体;根据所述响应目标群体的削峰反馈对所述响应目标群体进行激励。本发明方法采用实时邀约交易模式引导居民用户错峰的方式实现缩小负荷峰谷差,缓解电网调峰压力,降低网损。
