A ceramic porous body is provided with skeleton parts including an aggregate and a binder, and fine hole parts formed between the skeleton parts and through which a fluid can flow. The pores of the ceramic porous body satisfy the following formulae (1) and (2) in a cross-section in a direction parallel to the flow direction of the fluid.
