An upstream-side inclined surface (45) that is inclined from the upstream side towardthe downstream side is provided to a blade. An upstream-side inclined inner wall surface (22) that is inclined from the upstream side toward the downstream side is provided to the structure. The angleof inclination of the upstream-side inclined surface (45) with respect to the central axis of relative rotation of the blade and the structure is larger than the angle of inclination of the upstream-side inclined inner wall surface (22) with respect to the central axis.
