The drawing data and the point cloud data are imported into the same software platform to complete BIM modeling, so that the problems of data information loss or structural deformation and the like during fusion are solved, and the accuracy of the fused BIM model is improved. 本发明提供了一种建筑信息模型的建模方法、建模装置和建模系统，涉及实景建模的技术领域，获取到建筑物的点云数据和图纸数据后，根据预设的图纸数据结构，判断该图纸数据是否完整；若该图纸数据完整，则根据该图纸数据和该点云数据建立建筑信息模型。该方法通过将图纸数据和点云数据导入至同一软件平台下完成BIM建模，解决了融合时数据信息丢失或结构变形等问题，提高了融合后的BIM模型的准确性。
