The invention relates to an electric vehicle conversation state management method and system, and the method comprises the steps: analyzing input demand information, and converting the demand information into semantic understanding representation; performing retrieving in a retrieval library according to the semantic understanding representation to obtain a plurality of retrieval results, whereineach piece of data in the retrieval library comprises a preset or previous semantic understanding representation and to-be-executed task information corresponding to the preset or previous semantic understanding representation; and reordering the retrieval results by using a machine learning ordering model, defining the retrieval result with the highest ranking as a reordering result, and outputting to-be-executed task information in the reordering result.
